Setting up your Acuity Scheduling Account 

We use a separate website for scheduling appointments. Below are instructions on how to create an account.  

1. Go into your email and click on the most recent appointment reminder, and select “Change/Cancel Appointment” (This process will not affect the appointment)   

2. After the link is opened in your browser, click on “Register for an Account”   

3. Create username and password. Please only use the same email that’s on your patient profile in Maternity Neighborhood for the username.   

4. Once completed, visit https://FamilyBirthCenter.as.me/ and login. You can now see all scheduled appointments and adjust/schedule to your liking. Please register as soon as possible, thank you!

Prenatal Appointment Scheduling Guideline

Use this guideline as a reference when scheduling your own prenatal appointments in Acuity.

You will need to schedule for each appointment listed.
Ultrasounds should be completed prior to scheduling the related in-person visit.

# Appointment How to Schedule / Notes
— First Trimester Ultrasound @ Radiology Regional
1 10-week Telehealth Telehealth (Friday).
2 Initial Lab Work Friday.
3 12-week Visit In person.
4 16-week Visit In person.
— 20-week Ultrasound Office will schedule.
5 20-week Visit If ultrasound is with Dr. Cohen (MFM): This appt is not required.
If ultrasound is with Radiology Regional: schedule this in-person visit after the ultrasound is completed.
6 24-week Visit In person.
8 Glucose Screening Friday.
7 28-week Visit In person.
9 30-week Visit In person.
10 32-week Telehealth Telehealth (Friday).
11 34-week Visit In person.
13 36-week Labs Friday.
12 36-week Visit In person.
14 37-week Visit If you are first-time mom: In person.
If you are not first-time mom: Telehealth (Friday).
— Birth Rehearsal Doula will schedule.
15 38-week Visit In person.
16 39-week Visit In person.
17 40-week Visit In person.
18 41-week Visit In person.
19 2-week Postpartum If you are first-time mom: In person.
If you are not first-time mom: Telehealth (Friday).
